East Meets West Healthcare of Jackson, Wyoming is the Oriental medicine and physical therapy practice of Rebecca Hawkins DPT, L.Ac, ATC.

Important notice:

Thank you for visiting my website. It’s with a grateful heart that I announce my semi-retirement from East Meets West Healthcare,

Five years ago, Whitney Fessler, a very talented acupuncturist, joined me to continue her practice after moving from Arizona. She will continue to provide acupuncture in the same office and welcomes new patients as well as those that have seen me in the past. Visit her website at www.grandtetonacupuncture.com. You may also reach her by email at [email protected] or by phone at 307 774-0110.

I will no longer be accepting new patients; however, I will be available for consults and for providing orthotics on a limited basis for the foreseeable future. I will continue to provide ongoing support for orthotics that I have done through Sole Supports. This will include adjusting, refurbishing and ordering additional pairs. Please note that Sole Supports will only work directly with a trained provider such as myself, not with the consumer.

You may reach me via email at [email protected] or by phone at 307 690-9395.

With gratitude, Becky

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete healing system that incorporates the whole person: mind, body and spirit. Therefore, other conditions can be addressed effectively as well. These include, but are not limited to, colds and flu, sinus congestion, menstrual or fertility issues, stress, anxiety, insomnia and fatigue.

Acupuncture and Oriental medicine can trace their history back at least 3,000 years. Come experience ancient wisdom with a modern touch.

A note about Dry Needling

Dry needling is a form of acupuncture now being performed by physical therapists, massage therapists and other allied health professionals. Training is often a weekend workshop and without supervised clinical training. A nationally certified acupuncturist must attend a 3-4 year Masters degree program with a minimum total of 2000 hours of education, with typically 500-800 of those hours dedicated specifically to acupuncture and supervised student clinical training. Choose your practitioner carefully.
